Transarterial embolization of aggressive vertebral hemangioma of D12.
Used alcohol plus PVA plus lipiodol as embolizing agent.
Embolization followed by surgery for aggressive hemangiomas has good results.
Transpedicular glue/alcohol embolization with or without vertebroplasty is another modality to further reduce the vascularity of the lesion.

Pharmocalogical thrombolysis with aspiration thrombectomy of the popliteal artery in a patient of acute limb ischemia.
Alteplase was used to lyse the thrombus and 6F guide catheter with 20ml leur lock syringe to aspirate the thrombus. 5mm balloon to macerate the remaining thrombus and plasty the vessel.

Ruptured upper polar lesion with hypovolemic shock
Used absolute alcohol and glue to embolize the feeders and intrarumoral aneurysms.
Note the viable renal parenchyma still visible after embolization.
