1️⃣There Is No Perfect Diet for Everyone. It depends on ones appetite and the type of body they have.

2️⃣ Processed Sugar Is a Disaster. Try using alternatives like:

✔️Honey

✔️Jaggery

✔️Maple Syrup

3️⃣Artificial Trans Fats Are Very Unhealthy. Try shifting to Olive or Coconut oil.

4️⃣It Is Critical to Avoid a Vitamin D Deficiency. Go out and sit under the Sun for atleast 30 minutes every morning.

5️⃣Supplements Can Never Fully Replace Real Foods. Real Foods have massive variety of nutrients in them.
