🧘 Step-by-Step Method
1. Warm-up First
Do gentle backbends like Bridge Pose
Loosen your shoulders, spine, and hips
2. Starting Position
Stand about 1–2 feet away from a wall
Keep feet shoulder-width apart
3. Place Hands on the Wall
Slowly bend backward
Place your hands on the wall behind you
Walk your hands down the wall carefully
4. Move into Full Wheel
Keep sliding your hands down until your body forms a deep arch
Let your head relax naturally
Maintain balance and breathe steadily
5. Coming Back Up
Walk your hands back up the wall slowly
Return to standing position without jerks
