As a practitioner I have seen that this strain of virus is highly virulent. It’s causing pneumonia in just after 3 to 4 days of fever. Fever subsides in 3 to 10 days but SpO2 level start falling. So I request everyone reading this message to follow these steps in addition to steps you are taking already:

1. Keep checking your breath holding ability after deep breathing. If you can hold for 50 to 60 secs then lungs seems fine.

2. Get a chest X ray done even if u have slightest cough. Cough is usually dry and short initially.

3. If possible, buy a pulse oxymeter for home.

4. Keep a check on SpO2 levels for at least 10 more days even if your fever has gone.

Medicines differ with symptoms but there are few homeopathic medicines which could be taken without consulting:

1. Ars Alb 200
2. Ferrum Phos 6x
3. Aspidosperma Q
4. Arnica 30

Still I would say that self medication would not be enough. So please consult doctor on very first day of fever or cough or cold.
