Sardiyon ka mosam aa gaya hai... aur saath me gala kharab, khansi, zukhaam bhi. Ayurveda ke hisaab se is season me kapha badhta hai..isliye throat congestion aur runny nose common hote hain.

Try these simple, safe Ayurvedic remedies:

Warm Salt + Haldi Gargle: 1 glass garam paani + ½ tsp rock salt + ½ tsp haldi. Din me 2-3 baar.

Tulsi-Ginger Tea: 3-4 tulsi leaves + 1 inch adrak + shahad (jab paani thoda thanda ho jaye).

Steam Inhalation: Garam paani ki bhaap 5-7 minutes.
