1. Subah utt’te hi sabse pehle 2-3 glass gunguna paani (body tempreture) piye. Lote main piye, sukh’aasan main baith kar piye. Bina kurla kiye hue piye, kyuki subah subah humare mooh main jo laar (slyva) hoti hai vo bahut jaruri hai pet main jaani. Use vo sab 18 micro-nutrients hote hai jo body ko chahiye. Humare mooh ki laar (slyva) humare stomach ka acid control karne main bahut help karti hai. Lote ka ya usi tarah ki shape ke bartan ka paani glass ke paani se kayi guna jyada acha hota hai body ke liye.
2. Subah ka ye paani p*ene ke baad aap soch aadi jaa ke, ya toh ghumne jaa sakte hai, ya yoga kar sakte hai. Gym kabhi na jaaye. Koi aisi exercise na kare jo aapki body ka tempreture bahut badha de. Koi bhi Paratha, Puri, roti, jalebi ya kuch bhi jo aapko pasand hai. Corn flakes, breads ya inke jaisi kisi bhi light cheej ka breakfast karna bandh kar dijiye. Subah ke khan eke saath ya pehle FRESH seasonal fruit juices jarur lene ki kosish kare. Jaise gaajar ka juice, orange juice, tomato juice, anaar ka juice, sugar cane juice, mousmi ka juice, aadi aadi. Lekin sirf season ke hisaab se. Fruit juice sirf subah subah pina chahiye. Packed juice kabhi na piye. Subah ka khana khate hi turant ya toh 20 minutes ke liye vaamkukshi awastha main lete, ya atleast 10 minute ke liye Vazra’aasan main baithe.
4. Lunch : Agar aapne pet bhar ke subah khana kha liya or Dinner aap sun set se pehle kar sakte hai toh aapko lunch karne ki jarurat hi nahi. Lekin agar aisa nahi kar paate hai toh lunch hamesha subah ke khane se 20-30% halka hona chahiye. Lunch ke saath jo liquid aap le sakte hai vo hai Mattha, Chaaz. 5. Dinner : Sabse acha agar aap dinner sunset se 30-45 minutes pehle kar le. Nahi kar paaye toh sunset ke baad jitna jaldi ho sake utna jaldi kare. Dinner kam se kam khaye. Lunch se bhi 30-40% kam khaye. Evening ya raat main kabhi juice ya Chaaz ya Dahi na khaye. Dinner ke baad ya raat main kabhi bhi Doodh jarur piye. Doodh ke saath 2-3 aamla le sakte hai. Aamla hi ek aisa citric fruit hai jo doodh ke saath le sakte hai. Balki jarur lena chahiye jab aamle ka season ho. Chahe toh doodh main thoda haldi daal ke ubaal ke piye. Haldi main ek cheej hoti hai jise curcumin kehte hai. Curcumin ki kami hone pe hi body main cancer hota hai. Doodh ke saath ya vaise bhi Sugar ka use karna bandh kar de. Sugar ki jagah Sakkar, Gudd, Bura, Khaand, Honey aadi aadi ka istemaal kare. Sugar is very harmful for body. Dinner ke kam se kam 2 ghante ke baad hi sone ke liye jaaye. Dinner ke baad agar 10-15 minute phir se vazra’aasan main baith jaaye toh bahut acha. Lekin dinner ke turant baad kabhi bhi lete nahi.
6. Triphala: (300gm aamla, 200 gm Baheda, 100 gm Harde) Triphala ka istemaal kare. Jin logo ko pet saaf karna ho, vo raath main dinner ke baad, doodh ke saath ya gudd ke saath triphala le. Jin logo ka digestion acha hai, vo subah triphala le, khane se thoda pehle, gudd ke saath ya honey ke saath ache se mix kar ke le. Subah ka triphala aapko jaruri micro-nutrients/energy deta hai. Usme nutrients kuch nahi bachte, balki vo nuksaan jyada karta hai. Best hai agar aap mitti ke bartano main khana banaye. Nahi kar sakte toh Taambe ya p*etal ke bartan use kare. Daal, Raajma ya kuch bhi Pressure cooker main naa banaye. Pressure cooker main banayi hui daal main sirf 13% micro-nutrients bachte hai. Vahi mitti ke bartan main banayi hui daal main 100%. 9. Khane ke saath, ya khane ke turant baad kabhi bhi paani na piye. Apne bacho ko toh bilkul na lene de ye sab. Ya agar le rahe hai toh aaj se seekhana suru kar de ki ye sahi nahi hai. Time lagega but change ho jaayenge.
14. Maide se bani cheeje kam se kam khaye. Bacho ko toh bilkul na khane de. Maida 18 saal se kam age ke bacho ko bahut nuksaan karta hai.
