Hi. My name is Ishan Arora and I’m a Physical Therapist. After working for 9 years in the area of sports science, exercise and functional strength conditioning physical therapy with professional athletes (tennis players ATP/WTA, golfers, footballer, cricketers, runners, badminton players and swimmers), sports enthusiasts and patients with variety of physical ailments I found the big disconnect between conventional rehab programs and goals of athletes and patients towards their functional recovery.

Traditional rehab methods involve conventional electrotherapy methods, sometimes with self-exercise routines which are only good to reduce pain temporarily but not best to fix the symptoms or issues from the root resulting in incomplete recovery and poor functional performance outcomes.

It has been seen that people with pain are not educated enough about their injuries which results in longer time to restore body functions with lack of active participation in the recovery process.
