Surgery से पहले Cough क्यों Dangerous हो सकता है?⚠️

Pregnancy NST Test Explained | Baby Safe है या Distress में?

इस वीडियो में NST (Non Stress Test) के बारे में समझाया गया है, जो pregnancy में baby की health check करने के लिए एक बहुत important test है। इस test में baby की heart rate pattern और उसके different parameters को देखकर doctors यह evaluate करते हैं कि baby healthy है या किसी distress में तो नहीं है। NST से यह भी पता चलता है कि baby को sufficient oxygen और blood flow मिल रहा है या नहीं।

NST में मुख्य रूप से चार parameters देखे जाते हैं – baseline heart rate, variability, acceleration और deceleration। Normal NST में baby का heart rate लगभग 110 से 160 beats per minute के बीच होना चाहिए और graph में proper variability और accelerations दिखाई देते हैं। अगर NST normal आता है तो इसका मतलब baby uterus के अंदर safe और healthy है।

आमतौर पर 37 weeks के बाद doctors weekly NST test करते हैं ताकि baby की condition को regularly monitor किया जा सके और किसी भी problem को समय रहते detect किया जा सके।

Low Hemoglobin के पीछे छिपा Cancer - Real Medical Case

इस वीडियो में एक 47 साल की patient का case discuss किया गया है जो severe weakness और hemoglobin बहुत कम (5.3) होने की शिकायत लेकर आई थीं। Patient को लगा कि सिर्फ blood की कमी है और blood transfusion से समस्या ठीक हो जाएगी। लेकिन detailed evaluation में पता चला कि उन्हें pancytopenia है और आगे जांच करने पर bone marrow cancer (blood cancer) diagnose हुआ।

Delivery के बाद क्या करें? Breastfeeding & Recovery Tips
