1.Please tell us something about yourself
I am simple,straightforward and very sensitive is how i see myself
I love colours,fragrance and positive energy i feel i am still a kid at heart who is being pampered by all around her and for that i am blessed and do thank the almighty🙏
2. How has your yoga practice shaped who you are?
When i came to Soham in August 2015 i was hurt broken and very disheartened
From my yoga practice i became stronger to go on walking on the correct path....
Yoga has given me physical strength which i never thought i had
For me it is like coming for a rejuvenation class
3. Your favorite asana?
Every asna that i am able to do keeps on getting added in the favourite list and i hope the list will go on increasing
I wanna master the crow and one day i shall because i tell myself every moment that it is all in the mind
4. Why do you love Soham?
Soham and my gurus motivate me every single day
When i enter in the morning its like coming home away from home
I do miss my classes but it leaves me feeling guilty like a class 2 student caught bunking....
The positive energies and the vibes of this place ,gurus and my fellow yogis is the reason Soham is very important part of my daily routine
One has to be a part of Soham family to understand how it helps us in becoming a better human being
