Understanding what’s normal can make pregnancy feel a lot less overwhelming. And having the right medical guidance makes all the difference.

The 3 most common mistakes I see during pregnancy — and how to avoid them!

1️⃣ “Eating for two” — You don’t need to double your plate, just improve the quality of what you eat. Focus on nutrient-dense meals, not extra calories. 🥗

2️⃣ Skipping exercise — Movement in pregnancy is not only safe, it’s essential (unless advised otherwise). It helps with stamina, mood, sleep, and even labour. 🚶‍♀️💪

3️⃣ Googling every symptom — Online advice often increases anxiety. Your pregnancy is unique, and your doctor understands your body best. Write down your doubts and ask in your appointment instead. 🩺

A healthier pregnancy starts with informed choices 🤍

🚨🤰 Every pregnancy is different, but your safety is not negotiable.
There are certain signs your body gives you during pregnancy — signs that should never be ignored. Understanding what’s normal and what needs attention can make all the difference for you and your baby.

If something feels unusual, too intense or “just not right,” always listen to your body and reach out for medical guidance. Early action is powerful, and awareness is protection.

At Synergy Clinic, healing is never a one-person journey. It’s a shared effort, a collective heartbeat, a team that shows up every single day with love, dedication and genuine care for every woman who walks through our doors.

I am truly grateful for this incredible team that stands beside me — supporting patients with gentle hands, kind words and unwavering commitment. Each smile, each comforting gesture, each extra effort they make adds warmth to our work and strength to our purpose.

This video is a small glimpse of the family behind the scenes — the people who make Synergy Clinic not just a healthcare space, but a place of trust, comfort and compassion.

To my team: thank you for your hard work, your kindness and your beautiful hearts. Together, we continue to serve, support and uplift every woman who places her trust in us. 🤍

Today, I share something truly special. Being admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG) is an honour that still feels surreal. This recognition is not just about a title but about every moment of learning, every challenge, every late night, every patient who trusted me, and every mentor who guided me.

In medicine, nothing is achieved alone. I am deeply grateful for the support of my teachers, colleagues, team, family and the patients who allow me to be a small part of their most important life moments.

This fellowship is a reminder to keep growing, keep learning and keep serving with sincerity. It motivates me to uphold the highest standards of care and continue working with compassion, integrity and commitment toward women’s health.

With gratitude in my heart for this milestone and excitement for the path ahead. 🤍

🍫🥒 Pickles, ice cream… or chalk? 😅

Pregnancy cravings can be cute — until they get curious.
While most cravings are harmless (and honestly, kind of fun!), craving things like chalk, clay, mud, or even detergent could be a sign of a condition called Pica — where your body starts wanting non-food items due to possible nutrient deficiencies like iron or zinc.

It’s your body’s way of asking for help — not chalk! 😉

So next time a craving surprises you, enjoy the fun ones 🍓… but if they get a little too weird, talk to your doctor. A simple check-up and blood test can make all the difference. 💛

Pregnancy isn’t just a physical journey — it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. 💛
Between all the advice from family, Google, and social media, books bring something calmer — clarity.
