Cos The aim is to incorporate 5 points of Hatha yoga.

"The yoga class is a 1 hour yoga session that encompasses flexibility, spine and core strengthening exercises. The essence of the class is to motivate and encourage people to reach their personal best spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally. However, each session is individually tailored to suit the customer needs and requirements. Understanding what you need and adjusting the level of t

he class to your physical ability can only be applied after you do a session."

1. Proper Asanas (stretching)
2. Proper Pranayama (Breathing)
3. Proper Relaxation
4. Proper Diet
5. Positive Thinking (Guided Meditation)
