Ritnika Nayan | Natural Vibrations

An entrepreneur by profession, Ritnika spent 17 years working in music and building a successful business. She has travelled all across the globe and has lived in New York, London and New Delhi. She ventured onto the spiritual path in 2015, during a low-point in her life and discovered a more holistic approach to life. After experimenting with various energy healing modalities to heal her own depression and emotional issues, Ritnika was drawn to the healer’s path. Studying under her teacher Chris Eagle (USA), she learnt about indigenous methods of energy healing and started - Natural Vibrations. She is a Spirit healer based on shamanic principles, a gifted oracle card reader and an EFT practitioner. Ritnika has undergone EFT training from Vitality living college (UK/India) and is certified with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET). Ritnika took her love for holistic wellness and travel to the next level and started writing about travel, food, lifestyle and wellness. Our Story

Ritnika Nayan | Natural Vibrations An entrepreneur by profession, Ritnika has spent 18 years working in music and building a successful business and only ventured onto the spiritual path in 2015 during a low-point in her life. She has a bachelors degree from Hofstra University, New York and masters from Westminster University, London. Ritnika has worked in various countries across the globe and has won awards including 'The Young Music Entrepreneur runner up award', "UK Alumni Award - India finalist', 'The Indiafrica award' and more. She has authored a book on music released in 2017 and has spoken at conferences in Mumbai, Delhi, Geneva, and Los Angeles, and even at Tedx India. She has been featured in various publications including Rollingstone India, Asiaspa, Femina, Elle, Time Out Delhi, Hindustan Times, Midday, Sunday Guardian & Indian Express and was named one of the ‘Top Guns of India’ by India Today Aspire Magazine.

After experimenting with various energy healing modalities to heal her own emotional issues and dissolve her blockages, Ritnika was drawn to the healer’s path. Studying under her teacher Chris Eagle (USA), she learnt about indigenous methods of energy healing and started her practice Natural Vibrations. She is a Breakthrough Coach with Hypnosis and Timeline technology, Neuro-lingustic programming (NLP) practitioner, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, a Spirit healer based on shamanic principles and a gifted oracle card reader. Ritnika has undergone her training from Vitality living college (UK/India) and is certified with the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET), Association of NLP (ANLP) and trained according to the standards set by the American board of Hypnotherapy.
