As we all know by now that “May is Mental Health Month”, and it’s the perfect time to turn awareness into action.

This month, we encourage you to set a small, everyday goal to support your mental well-being. These could be as simple as taking a short walk, journaling for five minutes, or checking in with a friend.

Small, consistent actions help build emotional balance, reduce stress, and create lasting positive habits. Mental health hygiene is just like physical hygiene—it needs regular care. Let’s make this month about showing up for ourselves, one small step at a time.

Thrilled to share that I had an opportunity to Present my research paper -"AI in Mental Health"-Potential of advanced computational models in addressing mental health Issues- at 9th "International Conference of Health Psychology held at M.G, Kashi vidyapith , Varanasi from 22nd -24th November. Also the Abstract of the research paper got incorporated and published in the souvenir for continued exploration of the subject.
