✨ JFT Session – “छोटी छोटी बातें” ✨

कई बार ज़िंदगी की बड़ी परेशानियाँ छोटी-छोटी बातों से ही शुरू होती हैं।
अगर हम समय रहते उन्हें समझ लें, तो वही छोटी बातें हमें बेहतर इंसान बनने की सीख भी दे सकती हैं।

Shashiraj Foundation में आयोजित JFT (Just For Today) Session में “छोटी छोटी बातें” विषय पर चर्चा की गई।
इस सेशन के माध्यम से साथियों को समझाया गया कि कैसे छोटी-छोटी नकारात्मक सोच, गुस्सा या गलतफहमियाँ धीरे-धीरे बड़ी समस्याओं का रूप ले लेती हैं।

सेशन का उद्देश्य यह था कि हर व्यक्ति छोटी बातों को सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण से देखे, अपने विचारों को समझे और नशामुक्त जीवन की ओर एक मजबूत कदम बढ़ाए।
