A proud and meaningful milestone in advancing cardiovascular care and preventive health.

Honoured to be part of the launch of “Advances in Obesity and Lipid Management in CVD” in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh.

The discussion highlighted a critical reality: central (abdominal) obesity is a silent yet powerful cardiometabolic risk, especially in the Indian population, even among those who may appear lean.

This comprehensive textbook, edited by Dr. H. K. Chopra, brings together global expertise to address obesity and lipid disorders, and their impact on cardiovascular disease, aligning with the vision of a healthier India as emphasized by Narendra Modi.

Grateful to contribute alongside esteemed colleagues toward awareness, early prevention, and better patient outcomes.

Know your numbers. Protect your heart.

High blood pressure is often called the silent risk, developing without visible symptoms while quietly increasing the likelihood of heart attack, stroke, and other serious complications. This is why regular monitoring is not just important, but essential.

Consistent check-ups, early diagnosis, and the right medical guidance can significantly reduce risks and support long-term heart health. Being aware of your numbers empowers you to take timely action and make informed decisions about your well-being.

Prioritize prevention. Stay informed. Take charge of your heart health—because every number matters.

Diabetes is more than a blood sugar condition, it is a significant risk factor for heart disease. Persistently high glucose levels can damage blood vessels and increase the burden on the heart over time.

With regular health check-ups, proper diabetes management, and a healthy lifestyle, the risk of heart complications can be significantly reduced. Prioritizing controlled sugar levels today is an important step toward protecting your heart and maintaining long-term cardiovascular health.
