Honoured to share my insights in India Today on the life-saving impact of CPR and why widespread training is essential for a Heart STRONG India.
Most cardiac arrests occur outside hospitals, often in the presence of family or bystanders and in those moments, immediate CPR can be the difference between life and loss.

Through Compression-Only Life Support (COLS), every individual can respond quickly, confidently, and effectively within seconds, even without medical training. Empowering communities with this skill is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to improve survival rates across the country.

Let’s continue raising awareness, training more people, and building a safer, stronger India — one life-saving skill at a time.
