FIBROID UTERUS ( also called leiomyoma,uterine myoma) are Non cancerous growths in the uterus that can develop during a women ' s childbearing years. Symptoms could include pain and heavy vaginal bleeding. Operated a few big fibroids in past weeks.

Total uterine inversion ia a rare and serious emergency where the uterus turns completely inside out. It's a life threatening condition and can lead to severe blood loss,shock,and even death if not treated promptly.
45 yr old female came to my hospital with complete inversion of uterus, a big fibroid polyp attached to fundus of uterus causing the pull and inversion. Patient was in pain, severely anaemic ,and highly infected causing foul smell. Patient successfully treated by blood transfusion, antibiotics coverage, antiseptic vaginal packing followed by surgical removal of uterus with fibroid.

TRIPLET PREGNANCY is inherently high risk for both mother and developing babies, often leading to premature birth,low birth weight and increased complications for the infants. Happy to deliver these cute triplets (2 baby girl and 1 baby boy) by c section today. Mother and all babies are doing fine.
