Kapala is concerned with the head in our body. This is a traditional yogic practice to activate our thyroid gland.
This kriya is done to expand the lungs with a deep inhalation and to make Kumbhaka(pause) during that retention. Finally to squeeze the cheek muscles. During Rechaka or exhalation we make a long exhalation to release all the pressure from the lungs.
This Pranayama is excellent for developing strength to the lungs and people who are suffering from Thyroid disorders may bring this practice into daily routine.
As a beginner you should start it 3-5 rounds and after having all the knowledge about it should extend the numbers till 11.
Try this pranayama for a glowing face and to extend the life. Hari Om πŸ•‰οΈ

Appreciation Meditation! A devotion based Meditative approach to be greatful whatever we have.
This technique is to purify the internal side and the objective is to enter to the deepest level of self-consciousness.
As much we start to become thankful towards each and every creativity, the universe offers more than we deserve.
In Appreciation Meditation a Sadhaka accepts everything as a blessing and the internal side becomes so powerful.
One who finds difficulty to practice meditation and the thoughts become so high, that person should start meditation with this approach. Contemplate it. Hari Om πŸ•‰οΈ

Do you experience a lot of challenges during Dhyana(Meditation)?
It's actually quite normal to have a lot of chaos of the mind. This is due to start Dhyan directly. People want to attain without following a regular cycle of Ashtang Yog. A simple procedure to attain Dhyana is:
1- Ajitoh Asanam
2- Ajithoh Swaas
3- Ajitoh Manah
4- Para Nigrah.
In very beginning a person should start to sit in any Asana for a long duration. It pauses extra motions and wastage of the energy.
Secondly, they should practice Pranayama which is a junction in between body and the mind.
Thirdly, it's required to purify the thoughts which is done by bhajan(devotion) and seva(service).
The fourth stage is to detach yourself from the humorous life. As nothing will stay permanent, if someone brings it to the bottom of the thinking process, naturally the surrenderness will appear.
Contemplate these four stages and have the bliss of Dhyana which starts from insight to the deepest level of self awareness. Hari πŸ•‰

Maun or silence is the upmost key towards Moksh(liberation). Mauni Amavasya(no moon) is the second Amavasya after the Solstice. It has a great impact on all Yogis or spiritual practitioners.
As any fasting has a deep impact on both body and mind, silence has an incredible effect on our brainwaves. Today it's a big celebration for Yogis to dwell into the deepest level of silence.

In Hinduism, Kapal Kriya is the final ritual of a person which is done after the death.
Kapal kriya is done by the chief mourner or the eldest son of the family. This process is done after hitting the top of the head (Brahamarandhra) three times.
As per Hindu mythology, this is a medium of detaching the soul(Atma) from the physical body. As a human takes final prana or vital force, it's a big shock to Atma.
As the physical body is burnt in Samshan(funeral), the soul roams sorrounded and wants to get back in the physical body. This is the reason that at the end to perform Kapal kriya after burning πŸ”₯ the body fully.
This is one of the important phase of the soul where it proceeds towards its journey.
There's also one of the reason to perform Kapal kriya, because of saving the head from Aghoris who reside inside the funerals.
Aghoris are the masters of Ta***ic Practices and they use the head for their rituals.
Sanatana Dharma highly signifies the importance of Kapal kriya which should be done properly. πŸ•‰οΈ

Braham Muhurat is early morning time. It is considered from 3:40 AM to 4:30 AM in the morning.
A sadhaka or practitioner should always wake up during this auspicious time. This is that time duration when a soul can directly connect with the universe.
In our body three hormones melatonin, serotonin, and dopamine play a crucial role for overall growth.
As melatonin is required for a deep sleep, when a yogi awakes early in the morning, a very limited level of melatonin is stored which is used for having a divine concentration.
Serotonin is a day time hormone which is available in the presence of the Sun. As someone can have early morning sun, they have plenty of this for a better mood for rest of the day.
Dopamine is responsible for motivation and enforcement. Early morning time provides a great availability of these three hormones to gain at the maximum level.
A person can manifest during this period and that's fulfilled. Health wise, there are great outcomes of Brahma Muhurt. Contemplate it. Hari Om πŸ•‰

In Sanatan Dharma, Mratyu or death is considered as an ultimate change. As the soul stays inside the body, it gets a shock after the death.
In Hinduism, the cremation is considered as one of the most important rituals. There are four people required to give their shoulders for carrying the dead body. It's a holy karma to give the soul a direction for moving towards its destination.
People who give this contribution with a pure heart, they get very fruitful results afterwards.
In Hindu textures it's defined that a soul which roams sorrounded the body for a while and all these people who bring their positive energies for proceeding the soul, they play a vital role for the next journey of that soul. Contemplate it. Om πŸ•‰οΈ
