In Hinduism, Kapal Kriya is the final ritual of a person which is done after the death.
Kapal kriya is done by the chief mourner or the eldest son of the family. This process is done after hitting the top of the head (Brahamarandhra) three times.
As per Hindu mythology, this is a medium of detaching the soul(Atma) from the physical body. As a human takes final prana or vital force, it's a big shock to Atma.
As the physical body is burnt in Samshan(funeral), the soul roams sorrounded and wants to get back in the physical body. This is the reason that at the end to perform Kapal kriya after burning πŸ”₯ the body fully.
This is one of the important phase of the soul where it proceeds towards its journey.
There's also one of the reason to perform Kapal kriya, because of saving the head from Aghoris who reside inside the funerals.
Aghoris are the masters of Ta***ic Practices and they use the head for their rituals.
Sanatana Dharma highly signifies the importance of Kapal kriya which should be done properly. πŸ•‰οΈ

Braham Muhurat is early morning time. It is considered from 3:40 AM to 4:30 AM in the morning.
A sadhaka or practitioner should always wake up during this auspicious time. This is that time duration when a soul can directly connect with the universe.
In our body three hormones melatonin, serotonin, and dopamine play a crucial role for overall growth.
As melatonin is required for a deep sleep, when a yogi awakes early in the morning, a very limited level of melatonin is stored which is used for having a divine concentration.
Serotonin is a day time hormone which is available in the presence of the Sun. As someone can have early morning sun, they have plenty of this for a better mood for rest of the day.
Dopamine is responsible for motivation and enforcement. Early morning time provides a great availability of these three hormones to gain at the maximum level.
A person can manifest during this period and that's fulfilled. Health wise, there are great outcomes of Brahma Muhurt. Contemplate it. Hari Om πŸ•‰

In Sanatan Dharma, Mratyu or death is considered as an ultimate change. As the soul stays inside the body, it gets a shock after the death.
In Hinduism, the cremation is considered as one of the most important rituals. There are four people required to give their shoulders for carrying the dead body. It's a holy karma to give the soul a direction for moving towards its destination.
People who give this contribution with a pure heart, they get very fruitful results afterwards.

Ashram stage was one of the main important practices of Hindu way of living. While Ahimsa(non-violence) and Satya(truthfulness) were practiced morally, Ashram structure was deeply rooted in this lifestyle.
An average life was considered as 100 years and it was divided into 4 categories. The wholesome reason was to attain the highest mode of life which was to get liberation.
After having all the worldly things, it was determined to follow a path for self-attunement.
after completing 2/3 of life, a person was moving towards Sanyasa(renunciation) which was for being free from the birth of cycle.
In modern world, people consider their whole life to live into fulfilling desires which is only to thrive towards the darkness. As people consider to stay permanently on the earth, while everyone has a full stop in life.
Hinduism highly recommends to move the senses inwards so a person could identify the purpose of life and the senses which are busy in external matters could move internally to attain the freedom. Try itπŸ•‰οΈ

Upvas or fasting is done after a regular practice and there are different levels to apprehend.
A beginner or basic sadhaka should start Upvas after skipping one time food and it allows the body to resist the external force and it takes a long time to follow this level.
The second level is to have fruits in the diet. As fruits are the best resource of nutrients and minerals. They are good for nurturing the body.
When a sadhaka grows, they should fasting on fresh Cow milk, juices, or butter milk(fresh one). This is considered the top level of fasting in which we are not loosing the minerals from physical body and the chemicals which are released from the long intestines are easily flushed out through urinary and excretory system.
A sadhaka should be very cautious in this level. As they are doing tapah(austerity), their energy should be directed into inner growth, shouldn't run into external matters. If someone doesn't follow all the principals, there are mostly disadvantages rather than having any benefit. OMπŸ•‰οΈ

To stay in snow-capped mountains and to keep body warm, Pranic healing was the tool. In modern world it has been implemented to work on physical, mental, and emotional issues.
The theory of Pranic healing is beased on the energy system in our body. As the energy runs though the Nervous System into our entire body, Pranic healing mediates to flow prana regularly to our energy channels.

Vagbhatt, a great Ayurveda practitioner mentioned that Tri Doshas(Vata, Pitta, Kapha) are mainly dominated in a certain age.
After birth when a child grows Kapha is mostly active and until their teen age the kids get Kapha relataed problems.
This is the reason that Ayurveda prescribed to have more dry fruits and Pitta(fire) increasing substitutes.
In young age, a person mostly suffers from Pitta dosha and this is the most important phase in which most of the desease start to settle in. He mentioned that during this period, one should be very careful about Pitta and should intake Ghee, buttermilk, and curd according to their nature.

Yoga asanas have a very vital working inside and outside of the body. When someone practices Yog Asanas or the postures, the physical body attains a specific structure and the energy level is changed.
For a normal person, they feel some nice stretches and fast blood circulation in entire system. Usually this is a big change in our body which is the change in the direction of energy flow.
Before your energy was just stored and stuck in different body parts but asana preserves all the energy on the pelvis area and it reflects towards the brain through the Nervous system.
This is the biggest change inside the body and that's why there are several changes outside the physical body.
People who are scared of having the experiences about reality of life shouldn't attempt Asanas because they will definitely work and the changes will overcome.
Yogic path is for them and want to dwell in and have been fully detached from their external senses. This is the reason, Patanjali narrated to follow Yama, Niyama before Asana.πŸ•‰οΈ

There are two basic fundamentals of life. First is birth and second is the death.
Human tendency is to give more privilege to the birth because it gives that joy to be alive but this joy is temporary.
Death is not an open discussion in which all the religions and all the scholars are silent because they believe this is the final stoppage.
But in reality death is celebration. As the body gets old and it has to be changed that's why death appears.
People are not taught to enjoy this change of life. No schools or education talks about this magnificent subject about how to die nicely because it's a matter of fear for them..
Yogic world talks about death openly and has a clear picture of death that whoever is born, has to die. This is not that your soul is going to die, that's only your PHYSICAL BODY which will be framed newly.
Contemplate it. Om πŸ•‰ πŸ‘

In Hinduism the sages and Yogis are mostly buried not cremated. As per this mythology our body is made of Panch mahabhoot or five elements which are earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
In general a body is cremated for the purpose of purification with Agni or fire πŸ”₯ as it is considered one of the purest element.
Only sages, yogis, and small children are buried because their soul is not attached to the physical body. Small kids have a little lifespan in that specific human body that's why there are less chances of the soul to get back to the body.
Sages as they are spiritually awakened and they absorb mostly Prana or life force in their lifetime, it takes their soul towards illumination.
As per Sanyasa the death is a celebration and it's a matter of attaining the real freedom which is for knowing its real self. In Yogic world it is called I am That....Contemplate it. Hari Om πŸ•‰ πŸ™
