परिसरातील नागरिकांनी खालील काळजी घ्यावी

*डोळे येणे म्हणजे काय ?*

डोळे येणे (कंजक्टिवाईटीस) हा एक प्रकारचा संसर्गजन्य रोग आहे जो विशेषतः पावसाळ्यात होतो.सुरूवातीला एका डोळ्यात त्रास सुरू होतो नंतर दुसर्या डोळ्यात इन्फेक्शन जाते कर कधी कधी दोन्ही डोळ्यांवरही त्याचा संसर्ग होतो. सध्या व्हायरल प्लस बैक्टेरिअल दोन्ही प्रकारचे इन्फेक्शन एकत्रित आढळून येताहेत,

डोळ्यांना खाज येणे, आग होणे, अचानक डोळ्यातून आणि नाकातून पाणी येणे, डोळ्यात चिकटपणा येणे , डोळ्यांना सूज येणे , डोळे लालसर होणे, डोळ्यातून पिवळा द्रव बाहेर येणे.काही रूग्णांमध्ये डोळ्यात बाहेरील आवरणाखाली रक्त उतरल्यामुळे डोळ्यात लालसर ठिपके होतात, (Subconjunctival Haemorrhage)

*डोळे आल्यास काय काळजी घ्याल ?*

* डोळ्यांना स्वच्छ पाण्याने सतत धुवा.
* इतर व्यक्तींच्या रुमाल, टॉवेल, कपडे इत्यादीने आपले डोळे पुसू नये.
* डोळ्यांना सतत स्पर्श करू नये.
* डोळ्यातून पाणी, घाण येत असेल तरी स्वच्छ रूमालाने हलकेच टिपावे, डोळे बिलकुल चोळू नये, डोळे चोळून बुबूळ खराब व्हायला नको याची काळजी घ्यावी
* उन्हात वापरण्यासाठी असणाऱ्या काळ्या चष्म्याचा वापर करावा.
* आपल्या सभोवतालचा परिसर स्वच्छ ठेवावा.
* कचर्यामुळे त्यावर माशा बसतात ज्या डोळ्याची साथ पसरवतात.
* गर्दीच्या ठिकाणी जाणे टाळावे,
* मोबाइल टीव्हीचा वापर टाळावे,

**डोळ्यांच्या डॉक्टरांच्या सल्ल्यानुसारच औषधे डोळ्यात टाकावी*
*जुने घरात उरलेले ड्रॉप्स किंवा औषध वापरू नये*
