Interesting cases of the month..(October)

1) 17 yr/male, bike accident with crush injury to the foot, 2nd 3rd and 4th dip joint fracture dislocation with extensor tendon injury and severe soft tissue trauma managed with thorough debridement, fracture fixation and soft tissue repair.Patient is pain free and doing well..hopefully the foot will survive🤞🏻

2) 72yr/f, with right humerus fracture,comorbid and unfit for general anaesthesia was pmanaged with CRIF with nailing under regional block with no risk to patient.
Patient is comfortable and recovering well and is no more afraid of surgery after her pain-free experience.😊
