Asarfi Hospital Limited set a new benchmark by honouring 52 Change Ambassadors—individuals who now stand as the living symbols of quality, discipline, compassion, and a positive work culture.
Hosted at the Asarfi Cancer Institute, Ranguni, Bhuli, this deeply emotional ceremony celebrated people who don’t just work at Asarfi—they represent what Asarfi stands for. Selected from multiple departments, these Change Ambassadors will carry forward the hospital’s values, systems, and human-first approach.
Guided by the vision and leadership of Harendra Singh, CEO, Asarfi Hospital Group, the initiative reflected a belief that institutions grow stronger when people grow with purpose. As he shared during the address:

The Change Ambassadors were felicitated by the leadership and senior medical fraternity of Asarfi Hospital Group, including Dr Nayan Prakash Singh (Director, Asarfi Hospital Ltd.), Dr S K Das (Director, Asarfi Hospital Ltd.), Udai Pratap Singh (Director, Asarfi Hospital Ltd.), Jai Prakash Singh (President – Guest Relations), Dr S K Rai (Medical Superintendent), Dr D P Bhadani (Course Director, DNB Program), and Subhansu Roy President - Growth and development.
