Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinamomum Zylanicum) a plant indigenous to Sri Lanka is a moderately size bushy ever green tree. In fact, it is Cassia cinnamon derived from the plant botanically named βCinnamomum Cassiaβ. Many people refer it to as Chinese cinnamon because it grows typically in China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
