इसलिए मेरा आपसे व्यक्तिगत निवेदन है कि किसी एक्सपर्ट योग शिक्षक से कुछ दिनों योग सीखकर प्रतिदिन पूरे परिवार के साथ योग करें।
चुनाव आपका है और यह आप पर निर्भर करता है कि प्रतिदिन योग करके आनंदपूर्वक जीवन जीएँ या, जीवन भर मुरझाए चेहरे लेकर एक डॉक्टर से दूसरे डॉक्टर अच्छे स्वास्थ्य की चाह में भटकते रहें। आख़िर यह जीवन तो आप ही का है न?

Law of Attraction doesn't work, you have to work.. Any Principle doesn't work until you work..
When we keep on thinking about any Goal or Desire, all our cells motivate us to take action quickly, appropriately and continuously.. and when we take action, we reach near our goal.. Continuously taking action moves us to accomplish our goal.. this is what happens.. Only thinking about any goal and not taking appropriate action gives us a special type of illness..
