✅ Successful Kidney Stone Surgery!
A 20-year-old young man presented with right loin pain for nearly a year. Imaging revealed a complete staghorn calculus occupying the entire right kidney.
We performed a PCNL (keyhole surgery) through a single 24 Fr tract with an incision of less than 1 cm. The entire stone was cleared completely in a single sitting.
The patient is recovering well postoperatively, with no hematuria, stable vitals, and good urine output. 💪

💡 PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) is a minimally invasive procedure used to remove large or complex kidney stones through a small incision.

🚨 Bladder Cancer Awareness | मूत्राशय कैंसर जागरूकता 🚨

Today, I performed a TURBT (Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor) for a patient with bladder cancer.
आज मैंने एक मरीज का TURBT (ट्रांसयूरेथ्रल रिसेक्शन ऑफ ब्लैडर ट्यूमर) ऑपरेशन किया।

📸 Before Surgery (Image 1): Tumor clearly visible in bladder.
📸 ऑपरेशन से पहले (चित्र 1): मूत्राशय में ट्यूमर स्पष्ट दिखाई दे रहा है।

📸 After Surgery (Image 2): Tumor completely removed through keyhole (endoscopic) surgery.
📸 ऑपरेशन के बाद (चित्र 2): ट्यूमर को पूरी तरह से एंडोस्कोपिक (की-होल) सर्जरी द्वारा निकाल दिया गया।

🔹 TURBT is the first-line treatment for most bladder cancers.
🔹 TURBT अधिकांश ब्लैडर कैंसर का पहला और मुख्य इलाज है।

🔹 It removes the tumor and provides biopsy for further treatment planning.
🔹 इससे ट्यूमर हटाने के साथ-साथ आगे के इलाज के लिए बायोप्सी भी मिलती है।
