Join me for this short evening sequence to gently stretch the body and calm the mind with asana and pranayama practice.
Go to bed relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep.
Suitable for all levels.
After 23 minutes of gentle movement and breathing practice, there is an optional shavasana. The video continues for 15 minutes to give you plenty of time to remain in your shavasana for as long as suits you. Alternatively, you can close it down at that point and head straight to bed.
