Tulsi does not dry randomly.
According to Vedic belief, Tulsi absorbs negativity, planetary imbalance, and karmic burdens of the house.
When she dries, it often means she has completed a karmic duty.
Spiritual reasons why Tulsi may dry:
• Heavy negative energy or nazar in the home
• Shani, Rahu or Ketu imbalance
• Someone in the house going through karmic cleansing
• Major life transition about to end (closure before blessing)
• Tulsi protecting the family from unseen harm
👉 That’s why elders say: “Tulsi sacrifices herself for the household.”
🌿 What to do when Tulsi dries (VERY important)
1️⃣ Do not throw it in dustbin
2️⃣ Offer water one last time with folded hands
3️⃣ Chant “Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya” 11 times
4️⃣ Immerse dried Tulsi respectfully in flowing water or place under a clean tree
5️⃣ Clean the Tulsi area with Gangajal or clean water
6️⃣ Plant a new Tulsi on Thursday or Sunday
This restores balance immediately.
