Experiencing total inner silence can be referred to as "mouna", a difficult discipline to follow. By not expressing dissatisfaction on anything or not criticizing any, person, object or your job.
You practice contentment and living in the present ,moment, forgetting the past and leaving your dreams to future, you become aware of what is there waiting inside the caverns of our mind.
And, you start to feel indifference to discomfort because not much of purpose is served by discomfort. It may sound difficult but not impossible! (Try this for 20 minutes each day and connect your energies to mind and body)
