This is 50 yrs young...
The number 1 thing I've learned in my life is
π Find ways to "release your emotions" π
After losing my parents;Mum, Dad and Step Dad when I was younger
I've understood a very strong message from their passing & observing their lives
Because all of my loved ones had deep emotions they had pushed down..
I swore I would live my life full and strong and never push s**t down...
That I would live as healthily with joy as I could to do my best to avoid any dis ease !!
That's how Pep Step Training was born ...
Absolutely "knowing" that I needed to physically, emotionally and spiritually be fit & teach you what was inside me . My unique fitness sass
So back to the emotions bit coz it's vital you feel me on this ....
Through my journey I learned that we cannot push our emotions down, run from them or party then away.. They sit in the deeper part of us.
You gotta face em head on, accept em, even love them.
Feeling things is fu***ng beautiful, feeling angry, confused, stuck, feeling love....,
Emotions transform us...
You are a human BE-ing.. (not a human DO~ing)
BE brave
BE scared
BE joyful
BE fu***ng sad.. just don't live in them
That's the key..
Feel it, take it's message and release the emotion...
Our emotions only control us when we don't allow ourselves to feel them,
Emotional wisdom/maturity is the key to loving life, loving yourself and loving another...,
Push your emotions down long enough, you may end up feeling numb or getting a dis ese ..and that's not living...
