Sacred thread is the connection between hearts beyond borders , beyond religion, beyond systems and beyond backgrounds. This story is story of 6 French women and one french man who traveled with one Tibetan woman to meet many Indian women.
This reminds us of the beautiful french book “La Tresse” connection between 3 ladies despite of their distance. The difference is that here despite the borders they meet in person and not in the book
The book is now available in English as well “The Braid”🌸

Nous avons eu la chance d’assister à la fête de Navratri, célébrant Devi Durga et ses neuf avatars, dans le temple proche de notre centre de bien-être. Les femmes de notre centre nous ont habillées avec de magnifiques saris, nous enveloppant non seulement dans ces étoffes, mais aussi dans un immense soin, un amour et une tendresse infinie. Elles ont même pris le temps de tresser nos cheveux avec une douceur touchante. Pour parfaire cette journée, nous avons partagé un délicieux dîner après les festivités, complétant ainsi un moment empreint de beauté et de gratitude.
Le séjours n’est pas encore finis avec et 🤗🥻🧘

« I forgot all my worries, » said the 74-year-old woman, her eyes soft with peace. « I will pray for your health. »

Another, likely in her 60s, shared, « Breathing while visualizing is like chanting mantra—it cleanses the mind. »

Achey Chodol 45 years old, gently asked, « Can you send me the recording? I’d love to practice at home. »

Each word resonated deeply within me, inspiring me to continue sharing this wisdom and bring light into the lives of others in small ways I can.

With love and gratitude to my teachers— , , .yogashala and my dearest friend who inspires in my yoga journey. My dearest BB who is there to support me and guide for such works. All of this wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t have the warm space and support of house. A big shout to

We’re pleased to announce our first yoga session for the women of the Nimmu village, made possible through our collaboration with Starting tomorrow we’ll be gathering in the welcoming space provided by Nimmu House, and we’re deeply thankful for their generous support.

This marks the beginning of a new opportunity for local women to come together, focus on their well-being, and practice yoga in a peaceful environment. We’re excited to see how this initiative will grow and positively impact local women’s wellness.

སྐྱབས་སུ་ཆེ།

A capacity crowd of 17,000, overwhelmingly Tibetan, people filled the UBS Arena in New York City’s outskirt on Aug 22 to offer a long-life prayers ceremony to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Recovering well from a knee surgery on Jun 28 and just a day before leaving the United States, the exile spiritual leader of Tibet assured the huge gathering about his good health and his confidence to live well past 100 years of age.
