It is an advice and appeal..
Do not plan to visit dharmshala, meclodganj as red alert is announced here due to very bad weather and heavy to heavy rain fall for next few days. Also want to inform that a day before heavy rainfall was there in and around dharmshala and due to land slide and floods dozens of people lost their lives and houses, and still some peoples are missing in debris. So make sure about good weather if makes plan to visit here..
