Hello I am Dr Shivani Sood , founder of Shivani Ayurveda , an Ayurvedic Doctor and a consultant . I have been working all over Europe and US consulting people for their health challenges and raising awareness about Ayurveda . I am an author of the book Maternity with Ayurveda which helps one with natural advices during pregnancy and childbirth . I am working in this health field since 2003 .
Ayurveda is the beautiful science from India which has all the aspects of understanding and treating .Ayurveda connects all as a complete system of healing , you heal your diseases deeply rather than symptoms.
After consulting more than 10,000 people I realized one SIMPLE FACT.Complete healing requires us to go deeper.Ayurveda is a timeless system of healing,but it can be confusing to find the right information for yourself and connect all aspects of it.So I have worked on creating a system ,how everything is connected :disease, psychology, nutrition, lifestyle and give them education or advices on how to heal
