✨ Day Zero: when denial finally gets boring
In mathematics, zero has no value of its own.
But in Ayurveda, Day Zero is everything.
I hear it all the time:
• “I do everything.”
• “I know everything.”
• “This is just stress.”
• “Everyone feels like this, it’s normal.”
And then one day, the body says otherwise.
Day Zero is that moment of realization — when you finally admit you’re not fine, that your body has been whispering all along, and you just weren’t listening.
