Here are three tips to wake up well.

1. Roll to your right: When the body is in a certain state of relaxation, the metabolic activity is low. When you get up, there is a certain surge of activity. Waking up on the left side might place undue stress on the heart, which is why one must roll to the right gently and then get up.
