Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures Ensure the accuracy and completeness of batch manufacturing records Monitor and optimize the performance of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues Continuously improve manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry
At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on oral liquid products
Knowledge of WHO-GMP, ISO, and cGMP regulations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
