*International Women’s Day Special Case*
A wonderful international patient visited Mumbai with one simple wish — a confident smile.
She had multiple missing maxillary teeth, several were crooked, and some were oversized, affecting both function and aesthetics.
With a strict time constraint during her short stay in India, she wanted a complete transformation — fast and predictable.
After careful planning, we proceeded with full-arch implant rehabilitation.

• 8 implants placed in the maxilla (Bioline IH series)
• 2 Pterygoid implants for posterior anchorage
• 6 implants in the anterior maxilla
• 6 implants placed in the mandible (Pivot implants)
Immediately after surgery, a digital scan of the maxillary arch was sent to the lab.
Day 2:
The lab delivered a bar-supported PMMA full-arch prosthesis, which was fixed in the patient’s mouth.
The patient is completely comfortable —
✔ No swelling
✔ Minimal pain
✔ Excellent function
✔ And most importantly — a beautiful confident smile.
