Patient reported to our clinic with pain in upper front teeth region.
Patient gave history of RCT with 11 four years back.
Radiographic findings revealed inappropriate RCT with 11 along with radicular cyst involving 11 and 12.
ReRCT was done with 11 and RCT was done with 12 followed by cyst enucleation and apicoectomy with 11 and 12.
Apex was sealed with MTA and Bony cavity was filled with bone graft.

Presenting a case of vertical tooth fracture.
30 years young adult underwent root canal treatment with 46 5 years ago but didn't place crown on root canal treated tooth. Patient was having no pain all these years but suddenly two days back he experienced severe pain with same tooth. He visited our clinic today, clinical and radiographic evaluation revealed vertical fracture with 46. Perfectly root canal treated tooth got extracted because of patients negligence to place the crown.
