Primi gravida patient 30 years of age ... came with history of primary infertility of 8 years presented at my clinic ... her usg showing b/l pcod .... treatment given for pcod and infertility and she conceived... ANC was normal until her usg came and the baby was in a breech position at 36 weeks ... patient was in labour ... patient delivered by c section successfully and both mother and baby boy are fit and happy... these cases give us the hope .... if you are suffering from infertility you are not alone.... 40 yrs p2+0 both normal delivery came with complaint of pain abdomen... usg abdomen showed 6.48cm×4.8cm×4.12 cm simple cyst with ca 125 level :-12 miu/ml .... laparoscopic cystectomy done in the patient. ... now the patient is fit and free from pain 🙌
