থাইৰক্সিন (Levothyroxine) টেবলেট কেনেকৈ সঠিকভাৱে খাব?

থাইৰয়েড ৰোগীসকলৰ বাবে থাইৰক্সিন সঠিক নিয়মেৰে গ্ৰহণ কৰাটো অতি গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ। ভুল পদ্ধতিত খালে TSH নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ নাথাকে।

1) খালী পেটত খাব
2) ব্ৰেকফাষ্টৰ আগতে কমেও ১ ঘণ্টা ব্যৱধান ৰাখিব
3) Iron বা Calcium টেবলেট খালে ৩–৪ ঘণ্টা ব্যৱধান ৰাখিব

Iron, Calcium, antacid আদি ঔষধে থাইৰক্সিনৰ শোষণ কমাই দিয়ে। ফলত TSH বাঢ়ি যাব পাৰে যদিও ড’জ সঠিকেই থাকে।
