A 23 years old female patients wants orthodontics rehabilitation. Ct scan revealed impacted 2nd premolar in the left upper back region of jaw. Orthodontist asked for extraction of 25 and 65. Extraction was done 65 first and then 25 was done surgically from the palatal aspect.

A 47 years old male patient complaints of trauma in the mandibular anterior region. Opg revealed complete favourable mandibular fracture in the symphysis region. Intermaxillary fixation was done and reduction was successfully done.

A 54 yrs old male patient complaints of mobility of tooth and absence of tooth in the upper front region of jaw.. patient had history of trauma and no relevant medical history.. intraoral examination revealed there was absent of attached gingiva in maxillary anterior region. Patient was advised for vestibular deepening by clarks techniques..

A 22 years old female patient complaints of swelling in the beneath of tongue. It increases while taking the food for 1 month. The swelling is bluish in colour and aspiration revealed thick yellow mucous fluid D/d: Ranula
Surgical excision was done under LA. The size of the lesion was 2.5 cm in length and 1.5 cm in width. 14 days post op available
