سب سے پہلے تمام جڑی بوٹیوں کو اچھی طرح کوٹ لیں اس کے بعد پھٹکڑی کو توے پر ڈال کر بریاں کریں پھر اتار کر کھرل کریں تمام اشیاء کو کوٹ کر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے کسی جار میں حفوظ کرلیں
*استعمال کرنے کا طریقہ*
صبح شام خالی پیٹ نیم گرم دودھ سے ایک چمچ 🥄 لیں ۔
*پرہیز*
تمام گرم اشیاء چائے پکوڑے سموسے گوشت چاول انڈے برگر اور تمام تلی ہوئی آئلی اشیاء سے پرہیز کریں۔
سبزیاں جوس اور فروٹ کا لازمی استعمال کریں۔۔۔
