I have been working for almost 10 years now, and my journey at Kamat Hospital has been very meaningful. Earlier, I worked only in a laboratory setup, but after joining this gynecology hospital, I learned a lot about handling different types of patients, collecting samples, and understanding how work varies across departments. This experience helped me grow professionally and personally.
The work environment here has always been very supportive and cooperative. I had the opportunity to work under Dr. Mahendra Kamat earlier and now with Dr. Amit Kamat. Both have been extremely approachable, friendly, and supportive. They never make us feel like employees but treat us like family, working together as a team.
Even during difficult times, personal needs, or emergencies, I always received understanding and support. During COVID, when many people lost their jobs, I was called back and supported financially, which I am truly grateful for. Over the years, my confidence has increased greatly due to continuous learning, communication training, guidance, and encouragement.
Regular celebrations, training sessions, festivals, tournaments, and team activities make the workplace lively and positive. Kamat Hospital truly feels like a family, and I feel proud and comfortable being a part of it.
