Subject: Communication Protocol and Ethical Business Conduct
Dear Representatives,
This communication is issued to formally inform you of our updated protocol regarding interactions with Dr. Chinmay Pataki and the staff at Isha Women’s Hospital.
Please be advised that no calls, messages, or unsolicited attempts to schedule meetings with Dr. Pataki should be made unless explicitly requested by him. We do not and will not seek any personal or professional favors from any pharmaceutical company or its representatives, now or in the future.
We value ethical, transparent, and standards-based professional relationships. If your organization is currently engaged in business with us, please rest assured that this will continue as long as the agreed standards — including medicine quality, brand integrity, and distributor adherence — are strictly maintained. Any deviation, manipulation, or breach of these terms will result in the immediate and permanent discontinuation of all business ties with your company.
We also request that you refrain from contacting the reception desk for meeting requests or promotional discussions. Any such unauthorized contact will be considered a serious violation of our communication policy and will lead to the termination of our association.
Should we require any clarification, discussion, or wish to initiate a meeting, we will reach out to you proactively. Dr. Pataki has no interest in participating in meetings that revolve around unethical propositions or indirect favors. We believe such engagements are unproductive and an unnecessary use of time for both parties.
Furthermore, we strongly advise that no representative waits outside the hospital premises or attempts to forcefully seek a meeting with Dr. Pataki or any member of our team. Such conduct will be viewed as a breach of professional decorum and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
This message is being issued on the official directive of Dr. Chinmay Pataki and represents the formal policy of Isha Women’s Hospital.
