Years pass by and our kidneys are filtering the blood by removing salt, poison and any unwanted entering our body. With time, the salt accumulates and this needs to undergo cleaning treatments and how are we going to overcome this?
It is very easy, first take a bunch of parsley (MALLI Leaves) KOTHIMBIR (DHANIYA)and wash it clean

Strawberry & Cream Milkshake

Servers: 2

1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup strawberry ice cream
1 cup Amrut Strawberry Milkshake
1 tablespoon Amrut Honey
1 cup strawberry
2 cups crushed ice

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick.

Mango Lemon Ginger Drink

Servers: 4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mango puree
1/2 cup Omie Foods' Amrut Lemon Ginger Syrup
3 cups water
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a Mixer. Blend it for 2-3 minutes or till sugar dissolves.
2. Pour glass top up with ice crush and serve.
