75 male
Spasticity in arms and legs
Bed bound for 6 months

MRI spine : C3-C4 large disc protrusion with cord compression and cord edema.

Surgery: C3-C4 anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with cage.

Postop: Decrease in spasticity and paresthesias. able to walk with support.

35 year Female with enlarging swelling and discomfort on back for 1 year.

17cm long and 6cm wide large tumor seen on both sides of spine. Small extension into the spinal canal.

Complete excision achieved.
Patient discharged with no deficits.
