Its because we have forgotten the true means and ways of keeping ourselves fit and strong. We have moved away from healthy organic foods to unhealthy processed foods. We forgot the ancient Indian Breathing exercises - Pranayam. We even forgot what is the correct posture to sit and sleep. Damn we forgot the whole means of living a healthy life!! Do you know that "Ayurveda" in India vanished in the British Raj because some people of our country were bribed into felling herbal trees in India in return for some liquor and money ? So people then started moving towards allopathic medicines. But its never to late to get back home :)
