She didn't try physiotherapy for maintaining her joint health, since she was unknown that through physiotherapy she can maintain her joint health.
Although know she is walking with supportive walking aid Walker now after surgery with hinge knee braces.

C/O - No able to stand, walks, balance issues after a fall past 3-4 month ago approximately.
After physiotherapy now she can stand, walk and balance herself. Insulin dose drop to 12 unit.
