Morning Vibes 🌄☕
While preparing breakfast early in the morning, I find that having a sip of rose tea or blue tea on an empty stomach gives me energy and freshness for the whole day.
Unlike many people who crave morning tea, I prefer natural warm beverages. My favorite teas include lemongrass, rose, and aprajita (shankhpushpi) tea.
Brewing Flower Petals
To brew flower petals, simply take a teaspoon of fresh or dried petals (or herbs) in a pot, pour in hot water, and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain and consume hot.
