The Rahul Foundation, prime movers of Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology and Management (DIATM) society came into existence with a philanthropic view in mind to impart quality but affordable teaching and training avenue to the masses. The ethics of the organization is to accord acceptable, affordable and available indigenous way of curing the diseases for a healthy longevity.Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital, Durgapur is a Medical College with two ultra-modern Multi Speciality hospitals having the cutting edge technology promoted by the visionary and dynamic stewardship of Mr. The Medical College is having well equipped departments with experienced faculty members, excellent laboratories, well stocked air conditioned library with more than 7000 medical books, air conditioned lecture theatres with provision of LCD projectors, e-classroom, digital library, indoor and outdoor sport facilities, gymnasium, residential quarters & hostel facilities for residents, boys and girls. Qualification & Eligibility :-
Candidates who are appearing for their Class 12 exams in the year 2020 – Eligible.
>Candidates who have appeared for Class 12 exam in 2019 and appearing for an improvement exam in 2020 – Eligible.
>Students who have appeared for the Class 12 exam in 2018 and have taken an improvement exam in 2019, can mention the year of the exam with a better score.
>There will be a total of 3 subjects with Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Note: The marks scored for Math would not be taken into consideration in this exam.
>For General Category – 50% (Physically Handicapped, PH – 45%) and for OBC/SC/ST – 45% (PH – 40%). Age Limit:-
>The maximum age limit is 25 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to general category.
>The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, of the year of admission or students belonging to all the categories.
>The maximum age limit is 30 years as on December 31, of the year of admission for candidates belonging to reserved category.

# All the payments are to be paid through Demand Draft in favour of “Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences & Hospital”, payable at “Durgapur”. Students aspiring to take admission in the MBBS course at GIMSH are needed to furnish a bank guarantee (Nationalised/RBI enlisted bank) covering the remaining semester fees for the accomplishment of the course.
: The Above Fee Structure is Tentative as Proposed. Fixation of our Fee Structure for Academic Year 2021-22 is pending with the Fee Structure Committee of Govt. Once our fee for the academic year 2021-22 is fixed, any difference of fees/excess amount must be paid by the candidate.
