BREAKFAST : (Choose any one of the following options for Breakfast)

2 Egg Whites with a slice of Whole wheat Bread or a Whole wheat Roll + Fruits +herbal tea / coffee
Wheat or Bran flakes or Cooked Oatmeal or Puffed Wheat cereal with skim milk + fruits + herbal tea/coffee
Vegetable or Chicken sandwich or French toast or whole wheat (or buckwheat ) pancakes + fruits + tea/coffee
1 whole wheat English muffin + 1 boiled egg + fruits + herbal tea.
Roasted or Hash brown Potatoes + Fruit + tea/coffee/ skim milk
LUNCH: (Choose any one of the following options for Lunch)

Clear Vegetable or Chicken soup + Vegetables + salad + Grilled Chicken or Fish or Tofu or Cottage cheese
Vegetable or Chicken or Fish (prefer filet) Sandwich + vegetables + salad
Taco or tortilla salad + vegetables
Steamed rice or Whole wheat rolls or Vegetable noodles or Vegetable Pasta Vegetables + salad (Twice a week)

Healthy cooking tips:

cooking is an art and a science. Planned and healthy cooking practices are not only the need of the hour but also essential to take care of the health problems. Some tips of healthy cooking are as follows:
o It’s better to wash the vegetables first before cutting them. Cutting and then washing them could wash the essential nutrients to the drain.
o Deep frying the vegetables is not a good idea as the antioxidants and nutrients are temperature sensitive and can often end up to be zero nutritional value.
o Sprouts could be a good alternative for the breakfast.
o Boiled and steamed vegetables could be very beneficial to health.
o Soaking brown rice and lentils before cooking not only saves time but are easily digestible and healthy.

1) Ghiya juice + 2 amla juice in the morning empty stomach.
2) Karela juice once a week.
3) Beet root + carrot + amla juice (may have in the mid morning)
4) Triphla 1 tsp with luke warm water at night half an hour before sleep.
5) Liquid diet once a week (may be juices / coconut water / soup / herbal tea / lemon
water)
6) 10-12 glasses of water a day .
7) You can have 1 cup of lukewarm water half an hour after your meals
8) Have liquorice decoction at least once a day.
9) Primrose oil capsules.
10) Vitamin E oil + vaselene message at night .
11) Head message with coconut oil + camphor in it.
