🍽️ খাবারে অনীহা আছে এমন বাচ্চাদের জন্য টিপস

1️⃣ ছোট ছোট বার বার খাবার দিন – একসাথে বেশি না খাইয়ে দিনে ৫–৬ বার অল্প অল্প করে দিন।

2️⃣ খাবারকে মজার করুন – রঙিন প্লেট, মজার আকার বা সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।

3️⃣ নিয়মিত সময়ে খাবার দিন – প্রতিদিন একই সময়ে খাওয়ার অভ্যাস তৈরি করুন।

4️⃣ জোর করে খাওয়াবেন না – জোর করলে খাবারের প্রতি ভয় বা অনীহা তৈরি হয়।

5️⃣ একসাথে পরিবারে বসে খাবার খান – বাচ্চারা দেখে দেখে খেতে শিখে।

6️⃣ অতিরিক্ত স্ন্যাকস বা জাংক ফুড এড়িয়ে চলুন – খাবারের আগে বিস্কুট, চিপস বা জুস খাওয়ানো ঠিক নয়।

7️⃣ বাচ্চাকে অংশীদার করুন – সবজি বেছে নেওয়া বা ছোট কাজে সাহায্য করতে দিন।

8️⃣ ধৈর্য ধরুন – প্রতিদিন সমান খিদে পাবে না, চিন্তার কিছু নেই।

7️⃣ Involve the Child – Let them help in small cooking tasks or choosing vegetables.

8️⃣ Be Patient – Appetite varies daily; don’t stress if they eat less some days.
