उत्तर प्रदेश आयुर्विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय, सैफई के आपातकालीन चिकित्सा विभाग ने मेजर ध्यानचंद स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज में हॉकी खिलाड़ियों व एथलीट्स के लिए मेडिकल–डेंटल चेकअप व संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया।
स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य, पौष्टिक आहार व खेल चोटों से बचाव पर विशेषज्ञों ने मार्गदर्शन दिया, साथ ही खिलाड़ियों को हेलमेट व माउथ गार्ड भी वितरित किए गए।
माननीय कुलपति प्रो. (डॉ.) अजय सिंह ने आश्वासन दिया कि यूपीयूएमएस हमेशा खिलाड़ियों के स्वस्थ और सशक्त भविष्य के लिए संकल्पित है। 💪

माननीय कुलपति प्रो. (डॉ.) अजय सिंह ने दो विशेष क्लीनिकों का शुभारंभ किया :–
✅ सोरायसिस व सफेद दाग क्लीनिक (मंगलवार, दोपहर 2 से 4 बजे, रूम नं. 17)
✅ किशोरावस्था क्लीनिक (हर महीने के पहले व तीसरे मंगलवार, दोपहर 2 से 4 बजे, G-2)
👉 इन क्लीनिकों का उद्देश्य है मरीजों और किशोरों को बेहतर उपचार, परामर्श और काउंसलिंग एक ही छत के नीचे उपलब्ध कराना।

🏑✨ The Department of Emergency Medicine, UPUMS Saifai, organized a Medical Seminar & Medical–Dental Check-up Program for the hockey players of Major Dhyan Chand Sports College and other athletes.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Ajay Singh, along with distinguished guests, inaugurated the event. The program focused on sports injury prevention, dental safety, mental health, and nutrition for young players. Customized mouth guards were also prepared for students, and helmets were distributed to goalkeepers, reinforcing the principle — “Prevention is Better than Cure.”
👏 Special thanks to all doctors, faculty, and sports coaches for making this outreach initiative a success. UPUMS stands committed to ensuring the health, wellness & motivation of athletes. 💪🏽🏅
