Dr Gaurav Gupta is a fellowship trained paediatric orthopaedic surgeon practising in Delhi NCR . He has gathered vast amount of experience from India and abroad in various musculoskeletal ailments of children and adolescents . He has dedicated himself to childhood and adolescent bone , joint and musculoskeletal issues . He did his Masters in Orthopaedics from Government Medical College , Amritsar .

He did his Senior residency in Delhi Government Hospital and Indraprastha Apollo Hospital , Delhi where he worked with various eminent arthroscopic , joint replacement , trauma , spine and paediatric orthopaedic surgeons . He further went for a year long paediatric orthopaedic fellowship in Ortho kids Clinic , Ahmedabad with Dr Maulin Shah where he was exposed to all kinds of paediatric orthopaedic problems . He also got his Superspeciality exposure in Brachial Plexus Birth Palsy .

He also assisted in conducting Comprehensive Cerebral Palsy , Brachial plexus , Ortho-plastic and metabolic bone disease clinics with plastic surgeons and paediatric endocrinologists . He won the Travelling Fellowship for Japanese Paediatric Orthopaedic Association (JPOA) in 2019 where he learnt management of Hip dysplasias , skeletal dysplasias , Gait lab analysis , complex deformities using ring fixators . He also presented a poster at the 29th annual conference of JPOA in Nagoya Japan .

He also went to Boston Children’s Hospital , Harvard University , USA for further training in Hip preservation and paediatric upper limb disorders under the guidance of Dr Michael Millis , Dr Young Jo Kim , Dr Peter Waters , Dr Donald Bae and the entire paediatric orthopaedic team of Boston Children’s Hospital . His special interest is Hip Preservation and Brachial Plexus Birth Palsy .
